Reporting Line: Facilities Supervisor
Purpose of the job
This role involves ensuring the upkeep, repair, and functionality of our facilities and equipment to provide a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and report any issues.
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, AC, wall painting and general infrastructure.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any urgent repairs as they arise.
Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks as per the maintenance schedules.
Assist external contractors for specialized repairs and services as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
Participate in technical discussions with maintenance contractors as and when required.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Work with the Health & Safety Officer to ensure adequate measures and best practices are in place to prevent hazards or injuries at work with regards to office safety.
Follow the ISO27001:2022 physical security guidelines ensuring MNS adheres to them all the time. Any non-compliance must be remedied within the shortest delay.
To attend any planned or unplanned issues or emergency regarding the office premises.
To set up, relocate and move any office property, within or outside the company.
Available to attend work outside regular hours, including weekends and non-working days, to carry out scheduled maintenance interventions.
Available for emergency maintenance interventions after working hours. (Such as Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, etc.)
Assist in the procurement process but not limited to Petty Cash, PFR, RFQs.
Any ad hoc duties as requested by management regarding maintenance or facilities related matters.
