Purpose of the job

As a Client Services Officer, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for managing the registration process for our services, responding to client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships by working closely with various departments within our organization and coordinating with government agencies.

Main responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Handle the end-to-end registration process for our services, including client onboarding, documentation, and data entry, to ensure a smooth and accurate setup

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and government agencies to facilitate seamless service delivery, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality throughout the process.

  • Committed to working additional hours when required to achieve deadlines and maintain project timelines.

  • Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • HSC or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience as a customer service, client relation, or a similar role.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to interact effectively with others.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
