- Product data entered by Manufacturers, including GTIN codes and manually filled product details.
- User account information required to enable Platform access and product management.
- Data Usage
Collected data is used exclusively for product identification, QR code generation, and display to End Users. We do not sell, rent, or share User data with third parties, except where required by law.
- Data Storage
All data is securely stored in our databases. Access is strictly limited to authorized Users. Each User can only view and manage their own product entries.
- User Rights
Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their product data through their account. Users may also request the deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the Platform Administrator.
- Security Practices
We apply industry-standard security measures, including user authentication, role-based access control, and encryption where applicable, to safeguard User data and product information.
- QR Code Usage
Each QR code is linked to a product entry in the Platform. Upon scanning, End Users will only see information that has been provided by the Manufacturer.
- Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
