About
The Contributions Network Project, an initiative of the Ministry of Finance, is an online electronic platform for the submission of statutory tax returns and payment of taxes by corporate entities to the Mauritius Revenue Authority, as well as contributions to the Ministry of Social Security. It allows submissions with confidentiality and security, while eliminating paper returns/payments and travelling.
The following returns and corresponding taxes are submitted to the Mauritius Revenue Authority:
- Value Added Tax
- Pay As You Earn
- Corporate Tax (Companies, Banks, Insurance, Trusts)
- Tax Deduction at Source
- Passenger Fee
- Advanced Payment Scheme
- Gaming and Betting Tax
- Racing
- Return of Employees
- Insurance Premium
- Environment Protection Fee
- National Pension Fund
- National Solidarity Fund
- HRDC Contributions

Registration
Any person wishing to use the Contributions Network Project (CNP) must seek approval from the Mauritius Revenue Authority and register with MNS by following the procedures below:
- 1. Fill in the Account Registration form and email to customer.service@mns.mu together with a scanned copy of the approval letter or approval email from MRA.
- 2. We will email you a Network Service Agreement (NSA) to sign.
- 3. Login IDs will be issued once the NSA is signed.
Direct Debit
MNS bills can now be paid via direct debit with the the SBM BANK (MAURITIUS) LTD (SBM), the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd (MCB) and the Absa Bank (Mauritius) Limited. Once we receive your original instruction, we will set the direct debit with the respective bank.
For first time applicants the deadline for submission of the original application form will be the 14th of each month.
