The role consists of ensuring the smooth and efficient operations within the Human Resources and Administrative functions at MNS.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin Department
- Stationery Management: Monitor and supply office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Registry and Courier Management
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Arrange catering and logistics for meetings and events.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of office events or meetings.
- Compile and maintain Admin Trackers and submit as and when required.
- Support special projects as assigned by Head of HR and/or Management.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and take initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration or related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in the IT Sector is a definite plus.
- Proficient in Ms Office Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
